A Notary Public is a public officer appointed and commissioned by the Governor whose function is to administer oaths (or affirmations); to take acknowledgments; attest to the trueness of photocopies of certain documents; and to perform other duties specified by Florida law.  Florida Statute 117.045 allows a Notary Public to solemnize the rites of matrimony.

Our chief consultant holds certifications as a Traditional Notary, Remote On Line Notary, and Notary Signing Agent.  He is also a member of the American Society of Notaries.

Our office can handle e-documents and we have a full office setup for printing and scanning documents, as required.  Prior to meeting with us please review your documents for any witness requirements.  We may not have additional staff to provide witness services and you may be requested to provide a witness to your document.
